I- can I use regular check out please? I want to print out coupons.
C-i don't think there r coupons. Blah, blah....
I- OK, I want my gas points.
C-too late I'm already I checking out. You won't get any points anyway?
I-can you void transactions? There are sign next to you. Double points when
I buy gift card.
C- I can't do it. Even if I do for you , there is no use of those points.
There is no gas station here.
I - I wan to take me to customer service.
C-actually, I'm the customer service. How about I refund you a penny.

那边可加汽油。问经理呢。经理开会。等了10来分钟这小二看我老公也生气去叫经理人
。说要打corporate office 电话投诉小二，这样的小二对顾客太rude,
unprofessional.经理一听也觉的太过分。画报板就在小二边上还瞎说一气，有种让我
们go away的感觉。后来store manager好好道歉给了points.按我老公的话这种小二在
他手下干的话应该开除，我老公也是经理。结果我和他说算了。 | s*******1
