。在网上live chat后解决了。
昨天又收到一封信（一张小卡片），寄到家里，收信人是我的名字。上面有一个
tracking number, 卡片背面写着Kindle E-Reader Missing UPC. To resubmit for
this offer, you must return this card and any validating information to the
address shown on the reverse side by 01/16/2015. 奇怪的是这上面的tracking
number不是我的。在staples track a rebate - online rebates 下找不到；在mail-
in rebates下倒是有信息。但是我并没提交过mail in rebate呀。
现在从这点进去staples rebate live chat 也不能用了。https://rebate.staples.
com/promocenter/staples/easyrebates?page=email_us.html
打877电话也只是自动提示，没有speak to live agent 的选项啊。
求建议现在我需要怎么做。 |

staples rebate多少年了，比较靠谱，尽管放心
版上搞这个的新手太多，所以最近好多问题，呵呵

应答的内容都不一样，而且转不了live agent。 |

发帖数: 10648 | 9 昨天问客服说是卡片上的tracking number是visa prepaid card的tracking，和rebate
的tracking不一样，应该是一一对应的，还说收到卡就明白了。之前online chat解决
过的应该就没问题了。
