The two took advantage of the store's frequent shopper promotion that was
providing gift cards to random customers in amounts of $5, $10 or $15
throughout the holiday shopping season, according to police.
The Kmart corporate office learned that the two employees were putting items
on layaway and then paying their accounts off with hundreds of the gift
cards that they obtained fraudulently through this promotion, Gresham police

不过看了新闻，是利用third-party website建立了一系列帐户，大概就是机器人自动
生成帐户吧

挺好玩，另外搞RA是什么活动？想说自己不是新人，但对这些完全一头雾水
