标 题: Wells Fargo的信用卡年费posted之后关卡，年费能免掉么？

我有他家的PROPEL 365 AMERICAN EXPRESS® CARD，年费45刀。
没收年费时，我就要关卡，但是电话里的客服承诺说年费posted之后60天关卡，年费能
自动免掉。
现在年费posted快30天了，我发电子邮件要求确认这一点。
CSR居然说不能确定已经posted年费能否这时候免掉，太流氓了吧？
原文如下：
The annual fee for your account type is non-refundable and therefore, we
will not be able to remove the fee at this time. For a full explanation
of your account terms and conditions, please refer to your Customer
Agreement and Disclosure Statement. We are not able to guarantee that
the fee will be waived when you close the account. |
