seeking websites.So far, I have not received a single interview, even phone
calls. I feel so disappointed. I feel my resume may not attractive. Should I
ask for professional resume writer to help me rewrite my resume? It is
helpful? or my job seeking is not efficient? I appreciate any advice. thanks

find a job now. Most companies have very few positions available now and
they also would rather hire a postdoc than a fresh ph.d. If possible, you'd
better pursue your postdoc training in a big cow's group and you might have
some chances. If you would not, you may look for a job with your M.S. degree

for chemistry majors. IT guys can probably do this.

If you have postdoc
experiences in Pharmacy School and then seek positions in pharm compainies,
it'll be easeir for you (in
my opinion).
Also, attend AAPS (American Association of Pharmaceutical Scientists) annual
meeting, maybe you can
find a job there.

but they are investing less and less
also there is something else
maybe we shall try something differently, e.g. different types of company (
big v.s.startup; pharma v.s. biotech), or by different means
or just be patient

发帖数: 185 | 12 制药公司搞有机合成的一般有些lead chemists,基本都是Ph.D.,工作经验丰富，位置比
较稳定，跳槽也不太容易。所以，fresh Ph.D.乃至post-doc机会都很少，反而是MS or
BS好找些，给lead chemists打下手。

专业好找工作,就好比有一个大勺子,每次都能挖到吃到不少;有的专业分到一个小勺子,
吃不到什么蛋糕当然也就会开始抱怨.

说道的。不搭界的人家连考虑都不会考虑的。还是赶紧从本系的人里找个粗腿抱吧。网
上post的你也要能找出拐弯抹角的connection才有戏

这个专业应该是pharma领域的一少为人知的蛋糕了。

属于是类似MBA＋Finance的。
fresh Master都有拿9-10W, assistant director的title.
