For masters, it is still ok. However, for a Phd, it is definitely very
discouraging even for an Amberican guy.
A white fresh phD has some patents and also several publications, failed to
get an offer from either a big company or a small startup. The most probable
reason is outsourcing and globalization. |

失去耐心。我们公司今年Layoff了几百个搞discovery的，现在则是越来
越依赖Merger, Acquisition & Licensing，通常是把别人Phase I/II阶
段的Compound拿来继续开发，也因此对Clinical Trial阶段的人需求量
反而增大。

现在药业现状确实不是很乐观，不过，医药行业长远看，还是很有前途的。相信会经过
一个调整期，慢慢好起来的。
