notch, located anterior to the PCL on the sagittal sequence. There is
disruption of the ACL fiber, constituting anterior cruciate ligament tear. |

before insurance (including surgery, physical therapy and examination). it
takes about several months before i can do some jogging again. but i
started to work 1 month after surgery. total recovery takes at least 1.5-2
years from my friend's experience. physical therapy is very important for
the recovery.
