对于一个已知的很出名的compound比如erythropoietin (EPO), 我能不能对一个second
therapeutic indication申请一个新的专利保护, 假设这个在Sciences,Nature上都有
人写文章论证过可行性，也在动物上做过一些试验了。
咨询过一些人，说有可能，但是很难很难，想听听大家的意见。 | b*******e

if the theory and some preliminary testings have been published.
