多.老衲当年第一份工作干了仨月就被裁了,而且还是业界多年没裁认的公司.这个班上
我猜还没有比我更惨的,我唯一知道的一个是个美国人,把人家千里迢迢雇来,事实上他
还没来,裁他的决定就已经做出了,可怜老哥跑了这老远,又买了房子,刚干了一个多月就
被裁了.生活有时候是很操蛋地,没啥了不起,找下家就是了,保重

JnJ's pharma business, the impact of jnj's recent layoff in it's pharma
business is probably the smallest for centocor.
different companies have different management styles, some, like pfizer,
like to do big reorg every a few years, with almost no change in between,
other companies, like jnj, like to have small re-org almost every year.

another division in Indianapolis at Dec. 2004( around 300 positions),
everyone got 8-18 months package.
Don't forget Lilly just closed the whole division(700 positions)at seattle
this year.
GSK only give you 3 months pay for the recent lay off if you work less than

table. For me, it was not only a job, but a dream to do something different
as a scientist. They ruined my dream, then I realized that everyone is
controlled by Wall street which is so pathetic.
Especially now, more than 10K experienced R&D guys are on the street, what
is the chance left for new guys? I see nothing. To go back china is the
future
