Scientist，不知道这首席科学家怎么理解。是不是就是一个课题组长？或是一个No 1

level for JNJ PHD scientist track is: scientist-> senior scientist->
principal scientist->research fellow-> senior research fellow.

你可以参考一下.
有的公司Prinsipal Scientist是很高的tile,有的公司不是. 你要看具体的公司.
