STEM.

"It certainly seems as though these areas should be included. DHS has
announced a means for commenting on the categories. We will be doing so,
but I'd suggest you and any other organizations and entities involved in the
field (including your university) do so as well. The information is:
"To suggest a change to the list of STEM designated degrees, write to SEVIS.

Pharmaceutical Sciences is a interdisciplinary major that covers the
knowledge of biology, physics and chemistry. Since biology, physics and
chemistry are in the list of STEM designated for OPT extension, there is
unreasonable to exclude pharmaceutical sciences from the list.
