industry. This is in medchem/syn field in NJ. Now my offer is 80K, which was
a little bit lower than my expectation in contrast to my midwest salary,
which I believe that I can get it in a couple of years.
If I am asking 87-88, will it be too high? I did tell HR that was my
expectation before but I did not say that is my baseline. I know that salary
was for a postdoc a few years ago.it did not hurt to ask HR directly but I
