seeking for a scientist position (entry level) in pharmaceutical/biotech
company (any location in US). In the past three months, I only received two
phone interview & one on-site, but didn't get any offer yet. I have GC, so
don't need H1 sponsor.
Could you give me some suggestions for my job hunting? Or if you can refer
my CV to hiring manager, I will really appreciate it. 焦急等待中，郁闷中，待
业在家中。。。

and biochemistry skills.
The in vivo model I used is gene knockout mouse model.
Any suggestions? |

接进药厂怕是没啥戏吧。不然生物版那帮人也不会整天在那抱怨了

不是有过Onsite了么，那就是表明你的资历完全可以直接工作了啊。
别着急，再来一次Onsite，一定把它拿下，也许你需要的是提高面试的技巧和与人交流
的能力。

do a postdoc at the local university and you would be easier to find one
while you are doing postdoc at univeristy. Especially to find a lab doing
more industry-friendly project. Why are you rush to find a job at Industry
now ? You would be at a better position if you have a postdoc experience
and would get a better pay after postdoc. Doing a long long postdoc is not a
good idea, especially for low salary. But if you j

One thing I want to clarify is that I never belittle postdoc training (
either in academic or industrial setting). I just want to switch from
academia to industry, and that's why I ask for help in this forum.
I am not desperate at all. There is always hope there, as far as I believe.

景气, 僧多粥少.
而且估计你的interview skill和找工作的手段或/和目标有待调整.
我认识有的学Bio的, 早早改了行, 现在日子过的很爽.
