I had 4 phone interviews but haven't got one on-site invitation yet.
I am really frustrated and think I need to ask for help to troubleshoot this
issue.
In phone interview, I was asked about your strength, your weakness.. instead
of technical questions that I prepared. Are those important for employer?
There was once in the second half of interview after I asked questions, the
other side answered and there was silence. should I ask for mo | p******t

发帖数: 21 | 3 Those questions were asked by hiring manager , that's why I didn't expect
behavior question other than technical questions.
She asked weakness first. My answers were very simple: I lack direct
experience with XXX(only one in her job description that I haven't done
before)but I have confidence to learn it very fast since I have experience
of learning new knowledge and techniques in short time.
strength--diligent, determined, smart. I know it's a fatal mistake. Is there
