我做统计的。现在博士论文对phase I dose finding using Bayesian adaptive
desgin (CRM) 比较感兴趣，目前主要设计试验方案能把病人个人信息（prior
treatment, age, other clinical factors）和dose finding结合起来，将来（可能毕
业后）希望能应用类似方法到targeted therapy for oncology,比如结合toxicity and
target inhibition endpoints. 如果想去药厂工作，这个方向有前途么？是不是最好
pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics study 结合起来研究？ | c*******u
