Pfizer Groton Pharm Sci. 50% cut, analytical 30% cut.
Nowadays it is not about salary, you need to consider job security as well.
I think 90K-100K is reasonable. 120K is unlikely, unless you are super NIU.

experience, then he will likely be promoted very quickly down the road?

决定你跳槽后工资的80%还是你现在的工资，而不是你现在的title
我部分支持这哥们的说法， 高一级但工资不变，
不换公司的话， 不一定是好事

同一公司呆的话,级别高,工资低,layoff时比同级别工资高的可能更保险些
