我现在是biomedical science phd第三年，做的是免疫方向。我对研究有热情，也有一
些ambition，以后想进pham/biotech公司从R&D做起。但是感觉这些公司对纯bio背景的
需求很小，竞争激烈。我现在的研究并不是很紧，想问一下各位如果修一个master in
statistics或者master in management对进入公司帮助大吗。在现阶段怎样才能提高自
己进入公司的几率？先谢过。 | s*****l
发帖数: 1844 | 2 Master in Statistics may help a bit (depending on what you do); master in
management probably does not help, and may even have negative impact. If I
hire a candidate for bench work position, I directly skip any candidates who
have MBA (FT or PT), or similar.
Would recommend for Master in Statistics. You can look for both BIO
positions, and statistical positions after you graduate. After you get some
working experience, if you are still interested in management, you can
consider a MBA then...
