发帖数: 15 | 3 Looks like Accutane(Isotretinoin), normally 4-6 month treatment,you need to
find a dermotologist to prescribe the medication, and join the ipledge
system in order to get the drug. Meanwhile, since you are female, you need
to maintain non-pregenent druing and after the treatment, monthly blood test
for lipid count and cholesterol.
you need to avoid sunlight, no alcohol since the drug is fat-soluable only,
and alcohol may affect the drug release.
In return, this drug is the last resort for serious acne( such like cystic
acne). One course can solve this problem forever. rare case, some ppl may
take second course.
In US, the drug was sold only in generic form, the orginal drug manufactor
which is Roche stopped selling this drug in US market since they faced many
lawsuits.
There are three brands sold in US, Amnesteem by Mylan, Claravis by Barr
