you met with during the visit". 不过"beginning of the onsite process and is
moving a little more slowly than we wanted"... onsite的时候就说才刚刚开始面
，可能要几周时间．．．是不是大公司都比较慢啊．看来也只能等了
update: 面试的host刚刚打电话说他们又面了2个candidate,还有2个，一个在下周，一
个在下个月。问他什么时候能有消息，他说可能这个月底。。。继续等待。。继续求祝
福。还很奇怪的问要是明年1月才开始行不行。。汗

all candidates are interviewed. This is the formal procedure of most of the
big corps.

发帖数: 257 | 10 这个和我的situation有点像，不过你比我好多了。我还是停留在phone interview阶段。
这种后面还有candidate的情况真的很难受，因为你已经控制不了事情的发展了。也不
能希望别的candidate都发挥不好，只能希望自己是最fit的了。

p.s. 澄清一下，offer其实是biotech公司，虽然我也投了n多制药公司。。。基本都没
有任何回应。。。
