这边找到一家制药公司quality control的工作.公司不大，但感觉发展还可以，可以办
H1B. 现在上手一个月，感觉还行。现在工资不高，就4万多，不知道干上几年后涨幅会
怎么样，这个职位以后的发展如何呢？是否可以跳槽到更大的公司？恳请版上的前辈给
点新人一点经验。：） |

level people with limited experience.
Possible career development for QC:
1. Become QC lab manager after several years' of bench work. Need to have
technical and people skills to extinguish yourself from other QC analysts.
2. Jump to R&D after several years of QC with green card. More potential on
the R&D side.
3. After several years and GC, go get a MBA or JD. Higher potential with
busier life...

R&D那边稳定性是不是比QC差远了？
能不能转regulartory和compliance？我个人觉得这个比QC好点

发帖数: 1844 | 5 Agreed. RA usually needs developmental experience. QA might be esaier. But
QA does not need much technical background, so you will fact more
competition from Americans...

司R&D部门大多数是博士，我想问下那我有一些年经验后跳过去也是可行的了？其实我
的背景属于高分子材料方面，化学，生物方面都懂一些。但是高分子工作这边实在太少
（有绿卡会好很多），能找到这份工作也算不容易了，是不是等有了GC以后也可以转到
高分子材料的方向呢？

发帖数: 606 | 7 Master去R&D很难出头。不过你做高分子材料的也许可以试试转formulation，比较好找
