NJ based CRO 急招 flow cytometry 数据分析员一名（非统计专业，必须有flow

Analyst
BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Analyst performs a variety laboratory functions within Flow Cytometry
Department. These functions include analysis and reporting of flow
cytometric and cell analysis data and coordination with other analysts and
supervisors on analysis schedules to insure timely completion of data
analysis.
SCOPE OF SUPERVISION:
This position works under general supervision
PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Analyzes flow cytometric samples acquired as part of ongoing
Clinical Trials.
2. Analyzes and organizes daily flow cytometry QC data in accordance
with the Clinical Trials QC program requirements.
3. Coordinates analysis workloads with other analysts and supervisor
to insure turnaround times are met according to client expectations.
4. Reviews data analyzed by other analysts and reports data as needed
or instructed.
5. Notifies the laboratory and/or supervisor immediately of any assay
related problems that would require sample reprocessing.
6. Analyzes data from regulatory proficiency testing programs in a
timely manner.
7. Analyzes and organizes data for new assay transfers in timely
manner to support new clinical trials.
8. Assists as required in the organization of study data and
associated information required for final study reports.
9. Participates in internal and external audits when required.
10. Maintains appropriate records as required by the department, the
company and/or various regulatory agencies.
11. Adheres to all quality assurance and safety requirements within the
laboratory.
12. Trains on all required SOPs in a timely manner.
QUALIFICATIONS/JOB REQUIREMENTS: License/Certification/Education
This position requires one of the following:
BS/BA in Medical Technology, ASCP preferred but not required.
BS/BA, or higher, in Biology, Chemistry or other life science and a minimum
of one year training as a Technologist.
Certificate through passing HHS Proficiency Exam.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
1. Strong computer skills and significant experience with Microsoft Excel
and Word are required.
2. Experience in analysis of flow cytometric data is required. WinList (
preferred), FlowJo, FCS Express, etc.
