这种情况下你自己最好不要先投，要不然你同学可能吃力不讨好，拿不到referral

manager;
step (2) your friend should contact the hiring manager directly by e-mail or
face-to-face short talk or whatever method;
step (3) wait for the outcome.
If your friend would only use the company internal website to throw (upload)
your resume into the candidate pool, it usually does NOT work well. In the
above situation, it equals you directly submit your resume.
Direct communication between your friend and the hiring manager is the one
but only key!!! |

difficult, as long as your friend is determined to help you. That is your

you know, your friend could get 500-1000 dollars after a successful
reference!

发帖数: 156 | 10 Finally got back from the friend, and he agrees to do the internal refer ^^
That would be win/win for both of us, just hope I can be the successful
reference, working hard on the cover letter and resume
It is just me with those skills, but so many versions of cover letter and
resume....
