I got offers from process and medicinal chemistry respectively. I do not have
a strong preference. Which one is better for a long term? I heard about
outsourcings to China and India. It seems to indicate that pharma company does
not need a big number of process chemists in the future. As a matter of fact,
I already observed that much more number of medicinal chemists are in the
