发帖数: 490 | 1 今儿律师说把东西都寄出去了，虽然到现在我还没见着offer letter呢。
反正他们不急我也不急
不过是一鸟不拉屎的地方
可能三分之一的周末要上班儿，md.
不过好在是clinical，而且是day shift.
我没residency, 也没什么hospital experience
所以说这行找工作好像还真没那么难

发帖数: 490 | 7 i did a two-month rotation with them the end of last year. so i was notified
very soon after the postion became available. I don't think they ever
advertised the position on their website. but still, i was kinda surprised
that they gave me the offer. the dop even said that the position is usually
for somebody who has a residency. i guess a big reason is i am willing to
move, and not everybody wants to go to south bend, hehe.
so my advise is do your best on rotations even though they are unpaid :

When I did my rotation in a diabetes clinic, I do think a pharmacist can
contribute more in their team. So you will have a great future!

发帖数: 1009 | 15 Can't agree more. Just had something came up the other day, had a patient
whose blood glucose got to the 300's, the doctor was worried and decided to
give her a dose of lantus cuz he thought it was short-lasting, well, that
took a while to drop down the blood glucose
Another medical resident recently discharged a patient on both lovenox and
warfarin for 4 months, and pt's inr was already in the 3's when he was
getting discharged, but thank god the mistake was caught before he actually
left the h
