Actually they could let you work next day after they offer you a job.
Sometimes it happened too quick, even I couldn't believe it. For my
intership job, they let me work next day after they interviewed me. However,
the job offer was conditional. They told me that my offer could be
terminated if I failed criminal check, background check, drug testing, and
