人打电话说我应该接受治疗，吃9各月的药，他们说我小时候打的疫苗应该已经实效了
。阳性的结果是因为exposure to active tb.不会传染人，但是免疫系统下降的话旧部
好说了。请问我有必要吃药吗？有什么副作用呢？谢谢 |

clear, no one from human resource or employee health department ask me to
take the med. It was reported that BCG might lost protection after decades.
However, there is big variance among people and countries. I just feel that
your vaccine still provide immunity. Since they already said your case won'
t spread infection,why bother taking med? Any med has side effect. |

据说latent tb 10% 会转为active tb.身体免疫力下降的话会导致这种可能的发生。所

to be false-positive, and you do NOT need to take any oral meds
this is the recommendation made by the infectious disease clinical
pharmacist at my hospital

治疗就是那个副作用奇大的四联疗法吃上9个月+
诊断就是TB+胸透 |

小时候打过卡介苗的肯定都是positive但是都是false-positive

发帖数: 1009 | 7 忘记说了,现在有更新的测试,叫quantiferon gold,这个比较specific,能测出体内有没
有针对TB的antigens,这样小时候打过疫苗tb skin positive的人这个测试就不会
positive了,而且还不用照xray
