发帖数: 5769 | 1 今天take了一个PharmTech的考试，就是考察基本的drop off和input技能。本来还以为
考得不好，好几个Input根本看不出来写的什么都用猜得，还有考到一半想起来考试的
系统不给自动设RX expiration date。考完头痛的厉害，闷闷地回去跟经理说只拿了一
个intermediate level。结果她很开心地说congrats,要跟我high five。后来才知道有
2个来3个月的一个没过，一个拿beginner level。
昨天还因为有惹恼drive through的客人觉得很frustrating。这下总算有点安慰了。:)
我现在最弱的就是drive through，因为本来听名字就没有那么好，然后外面风一吹，
或者另一个筒子在传送很大杂音。叫人家重复2遍是经常有的事情。汗。。。
在有就是要ID,不同种签名的，要送好几次出去很费时间。明天要好好问下经理具体程
序，按照他们说的就和pick up一样程序肯定不行。
还有drive through要求搞insurance,price之类的，我就更头大。
还有我不会对付顾客，特别是客人问，为什么sooner care不cover，我就不知道说啥了
，词穷呀。。。
总不能跟他说我不知道吧，不过事实就是我不知道呀，系统只是提示我说不cover而已。
有时候真烦这些为了$4还要重新弄insurance的，明明后面还有一个很长很长的队。不
过我真佩服我们经理，不管对什么样的顾客，她都能做到不温不火的，真是牛呀！
Anyway，总算survive快一个月了，再撑3个月就不用full time了。娃哈哈。。。 |

顾客，我心里就想说，太好了，请你赶紧转去别家，反正不是我开的店，我可不想以后
看见你。哈哈哈哈哈。。。 |

血压计，多少钱，什么样的foot massager，有什么维他命。头大呀。。。
