标 题: 请教Gtube病人服用钾片剂细节

医生今天刚开的利尿剂和钾（都是片剂）。准备给病人服用的时候才注意到上面写不要
咀嚼，全粒服用。但病人通过gtube服用的，没办法不把药压碎。网上查到的资料是'
Breaking or crushing the pill may cause too much of the drug to be released
at one time. Sucking on a potassium tablet can irritate your mouth or throat
."
明天会直接找医生，请问现在这种情况眼下应该怎么处理比较好？暂时想到的几个可能
：1）先不服用（但利尿剂已经用过了）2）分次服用（希望能降低too much of the
drug to be released at one time的机会，不知道我想得对不对）3）按量服用。
另外查到说钾may coagulate the tube feedings and obstruct the nasojejunal
tube，不知道gtube影响大不大？
