got >92Mbps speed both up and down link over 100Mbps
local network using Asus router wired 100Mbps switch.
I could not believe it at first, and tested sever more
times to convenience myself.
Both Win7 and Ubuntu boxes have gigabit NICs, and my
gigabit switches can do better speed, but not this
impressive performance: 92% theoretical limit. | t****e

发帖数: 2634 | 4 my 802.11n NICs are just regular 150bps ones, not the 300bps.
They can achieve at most 60mbps even inches away from the router.
I do have a couple of gigbit switches, but decided not to bother.
