got below email from them:
We need a valid proof of purchase in order to confirm where your product was
purchased, as the serial number of the product is not a USA serial number.
If we do not hear back from you within 45 days from the date of this letter,
your product will be returned to you un-repaired.
Please fax a copy of this letter and your non US proof of purchase to Nikon
customer service at 310-335-9242.

** Nikon USA will not service gray market products under any circumstances,
even for a fee. Gray market products were not intended for sale in the U.S.
I bought it from eBay. I guess I cannot use my ebay receipt, right?
Help,please! Anyone has D90 non US proof of purchase? otherwise I cannot

What am I going to do?
Even I pay them, they just do not repair their Nickon product.

new when I bought it. | L*****k
发帖数: 13042 | 5 either try to get it repaired by an independent shop
or sell it for parts on ebay.
you can also post the symptoms here and hope that
someone knows what went wrong and how to fix it
by yourself. |
