Unlike the others reporting bad review on this, I actually received a Lenovo
notebook computer. But this W7 isn't the same as the one in the product
picture! It doesn't have a Wacom Digitizer on the palm rest. This is the
only reason I purchased this really heavy and big moble desktop. Without it,
it defeats the purpose.
When I contacted Amazon, the rep was pretty much useless. The only thing
they could do was having me return the computer because they didn't have a
different one for exchange. The timing of this is just so bad. I was
counting on this computer as a gift. Now I need to find another one!
I don't know if Amazon got lazy or not, but giving a wrong picture, and not
having sufficient product description on this product is just false
advertisement. I was lucky that I needed to open the box first to prep the
machine. If this went to a far away relative or had to way a few weeks
before anyone notice it doesn't have the Wacom Digitizer, I would be really
really angry. |

“But I was really really pissed when the "outsourcing" costumer service
agent lady told me this: you should appreciated that we offer you full
refund, we don't usually do that..WTF?! When I was trying to let her
transfer me to a supervisor or manager, she said: You don't have to talk to
them caz they're gonna say the same thing, you can call this us again,then
she hang up the phone. Too bad for those who already bought ram and hard
drive for the "laptop"..
