Dear XXX,
At eBay, we are continually striving to make our site more effective, useful
, and easier to use. To accomplish this, we have designed an innovative
initiative called the Visits Program, and we would like to invite you to
participate. The program was created to observe how members of the community
use eBay in their own homes so that we can better understand how to improve
our site and services.
We are looking for people who would be interested in participating in a 3-
part study. Qualified participants who participate in all three parts will
receive a $600 American Express®-branded reward card at the completion
of the research project.
Part 1 - Visit (February 23 - March 9)
Two or three members of our trained research team will visit you for a 2-
hour interview in your home or office (wherever you typically use eBay for
shopping activities).
Part 2 - Brainstorm session (March 21 - 24)
Participate in a 2-hour brainstorm session at eBay's campus in San Jose to
generate ideas of how your eBay experience may be improved.
Part 3 - Group Discussion Session (April 25 - 29)
Participate in a 2-hour group discussion at eBay's campus in San Jose.
YOU MUST COMPLETE ALL THREE RESEARCH SESSIONS TO RECEIVE ANY COMPENSATION.
