gc版有个倒霉蛋买了4个东西，其中一个在shopper没显示cb，结果发信去问，然后其它
三个的也被取消，然后帐号就被关了。。。

我以前shopper有一单用过credit card 加 giftcard后来没给钱。我发信去问，最后就
按照credit card消费的那部分给rebate了 |

是CPN 的问题
估计是EBAY 因为CPN 拒付COMMISSION

他们，他们说我用了gc，不过扣除gc后剩下用cc付的部分又给了我discount
