My son start swimming since he was 4 year old. It takes al ot of time.
Now he is 9 years old and in year-round competitive swim team affiliated
with USA Swimming. |

As I remember, it only took me a week to learn how to swim.
Now I swim 1k-1.5k meters per day. But I don't know free-style and I can't
teach my son. Everyone is swimming in free-style in USA! dman.....
already paid a lot (a L lens price) and spent many time, but it is going too
slow. The swimming class is bad except for pretty ladies

teachers. so find some good swimmers (6 or 7 year old), and let them play
together in any pool ( kids pool is better).
You also find a swimming club, most of time. Swimming club has better coach
. Which city are you in? I'm kind of in swimming business. Friends and I
run a swimming club ( not my daily job). I can help you to find local
better teacher or coach. |

由泳，高级版主要教蝶泳，我勉强混到中级班就完事了。高级班里的人都是牲口。
