发帖数: 9 | 3 I returned Sigma 17-50mm last month. The process is smooth. After they
received it, they refund the money in two or three days. They sent an email
to notify the money was refunded.
I checked my order status. There is no -1 order. But the order amount
becomes 0. Not sure if they changed it to 0 after they refunded the money or
not.
If you follow their process to return, I feel the process is easy. Hope it
helps.
