根据当年的DNA，脚印等证据，她，她男友，和另外一个男的被判杀人罪。另外那男的
被判了16年，她和她前男友背叛了26年。
经过四年申诉，今天，她被free了。主要原因是辩护律师指出当年的取证程序不严格，
DNA证据可能被contaminated了。

当年，刚案发的时候，满网络就是这女孩扛着一把冲锋枪的一张facebook的照片。网络
上报道的也到处都是，她和她男友当晚在吸大麻？对警察扯谎啥的。
最近几个月这女孩的照片，都照得很有水平。肯定是职业选手照出来的。一google的话
，全是DNA证据有问题的文章。据说她家人雇了很强大的PR firm。
这几天的报道，完全变成了对意大利司法系统的讨论了。把当时杀人案的残忍完全掩盖
了。

one thing is clear: if there was a miscarriage of justice in the initial
convictions then Knox and Sollecito and their lies are the most responsible

Perhaps Timothy Egan might not be so absolutely certain of what happened
that night if, instead of seeing his daughter in the Amanda Knox role, as he
admits he does, he had imagined her as Meredith Kercher. Then perhaps all
the inconsistencies in Amanda Knox's story, her strange behavior, her lack
of an alibi, her trying to pin the crime on someone else, would not be so
casually dismissed as problems in translation, or the work of a zealous
prosecutor. Clearly the forensic evidence was dubious. Does that mean that
all other evidence is worthless, or that Amanda Knox did not participate in
the killing of Meredith Kercher? No, it does not. Not guilty is not always
the same as innocent. And a Jesuit education, nice parents, a pretty face,
and the ability to inspire Mr. Egan to imagine her as his daughter, does not
mean Amanda Knox was not there and involved that night. She knows. Her
lover knows. We probably never will. And by the way, it's quite possible for
a fair-minded person to come to that conclusion, in spite of Mister Egan's
assertion that innocence was the only possible conclusion. And his brief
note at the end of his article, the encouragement to the Kercher family to
come to the same conclusion he did, is just as obscene as Amanda Knox's
sister telling the world what a terrible ordeal Amanda Knox went through.
She's alive. She has a long life of freedom to look forward to. Meredith
Kercher is dead. She and her parents are the ones who went through a
terrible ordeal. And I seriously doubt they feel justice was done.”

发帖数: 6908 | 13 她不是窦娥，被释放也不是money talks。美国控制的意大利及欧洲，能对美国公民用
刑？关她4年，也算找回点面子。那么多对她不利的直接、间接证据，如果是意大利公
民，怕早被定罪了：看看她的帮凶。如果没有it啥事，为啥it谎话连篇？
