标 题: 急问，在ebay上买了个iphone4s结果收到以后打开是铁块，怎么办

哭。。。第一次在ebay上买这么贵的东西就被骗了，以下是卖家的回复，看样子是死活
不认账了，已经去ebay投诉和去paypal dispute了，不知能不能把钱要回来呢，请各位
大侠指点啊。
"You were contact by another member and trying to defraud me and ruin my rep
. I had the item packed and sent by a third party (staples). Please do not
threaten me and try to gain my iPhone then get a chargeback. "
"Tracking via UPS 1Z5AR1420340068306 provided. Item was packed, described,
and insured as the item you purchased by a third party (Staples/UPS).
Package weight also fits that of the listed item."
"Item was not stapled in my presence, stapling is not a common practice for
smaller boxes. The staples/ups rep. Wrapped the phone in bubble wrap, and
taped the package only. I have not defrauded anyone and my feedback history
shows zero fraud or items not received issues. If an issue arose I notified
buyers and always issued full refunds before shipment. It's easier for you
to say hey that wasn't an iPhone just some junk in order to receive the
product and your money back. I have a reputation and account for YEARS
without a single fraud case but have had customers lie about an item, in
order to do as you are. I have invoices for the multiple IPhones I owned/
sold and have no reason to have buy them, spend money on fees, and shipping
to not send them out. That would entail my account being locked as it is and
ruining my business and other sales, as you are. I have much more to lose
than a person trying to contact members to obtain a group dispute for the
phone and a chargeback."
"I did not witness the package being stapled because the package was not
stapled! I packed and TAPED the item with the clerk at staples/ups. The item
was witnessed and described. I also did fulfill my duty as a seller and
utilized a trusted shipping company (UPS) and viewing tracking info the
package was delivered. I have witnesses, receipts, invoices and all you have
is telling me it's not an iPhone. You received the phone now all you are
saying is you didn't and you want your money back. So you get a phone from
me and want a chargeback with no proof besides your word. Why is it I can be
called a scammer and fraud after buying the item, paying sellers fees,
paying shipping, insurance, etc. but it's not possible you are actually just
trying to get your money back and the phone?? If the package was opened or
damaged then UPS can handle that but if all was well then all I have is your
word after receiving the package sent to you." |

这种糊涂官司怎么仲裁？一般各打50大板？

原贴里还说了卖家才80%的FB，基本上就是骗子
回贴写这么长，一看就是准备好的
开Case就行了

原帖里面为什么lz签收的时候不到开看，不是说超过250刀都得当面签字吗
