$2/ft installation
$2/ft removing old floor. If it was carpet, about $0.5/ft.
~$3/ft shoe moulding and paint (the actual ft^2 is about 1/3 of the floor
area. So it is about $1/ft for your floor area).
About $0.15/ft delivery.
You need to buy 5% more floor.
Material ranges from $2 ~ $10, The width of floor wood matters. Same
material, the wider the more expensive (can be as narrow as 2 1/4" and as
wide as 5"). Same width, the harder the more expensive. Brands also matter.
I bought 3" wide oaks and the price is $4.11. Also, there is tax on the
materials. They also charge for moving sink and toilet.
Overall, I installed 580 ft (400ft were floor and 180 ft was carpet), the
cost is $6600. |

发帖数: 16949 | 11 没有啦。厨房其实只有400尺，180尺是dinning room.原来是地毯。这次换地板保险公
司出钱，那个adjuster很够意思，给我估的价很高。只换厨房用不完，就把dinning
room一起给换了。
