标 题: 马鬃卖了个相机， 结果出事了，

卖了个旧的5D2. 写了是旧的， 寄过去， 结果尼玛一傻逼病人说是旧的啊！！废话，
这么便宜， 能新的吗？ 结果人家要我出钱退回来， 我逼着人家自己寄了， 结果这
傻逼居然寄USPS， 连签字保险都没有。 还不告诉我tracking。 尼玛这USPS可不是开
心死了。 今天发信给我问我为啥没退钱。
一问， 前天就delivered。 靠， 我问了邻居， 都没看见。
这咋办啊？不会让我赔吧？？？

果然是Evil了， 尼玛， 我答应去问问USPS的。 现在也不用去了。
问过邻居了， 没人见过。
这下好。。。给为大神给个意见如何A-Z。 俺是普通群众， 连护士都不是。最有建设
性意见的五位大神都有双黄包给。 没别的了。 尼玛要亏1K+。都是老大非要换机子

但是马鬃偏买家一些，真有evil了很难赢。所以马鬃的卖家以公司为多，个人少
但是感觉比ebay上卖起来容易些

1, did you sell anything before this transaction? after this transaction? if
yes and no a-z claims for these transactions, they are proofs that you are
not evil seller;
2, check all email correspondances between you and this buyer, find
everything non-normal from the buyer; such as no tracking information even
under your request; this is the possible proof that he is evil since no
proof showed he did return your camera;
3, reply a-z claim to amazon stating your contribution to amazon; remind
them it is the seller like you to make amazon profitable; and mention you
will continue to work with amazon if everything goes smoothly;
4, your only possible error in this issue is: you should pay for the return
label if you did not make it clear to the buyer before the transaction was
complete;
5, i had a similar situation with amazon and won the case with only one such
reply and some lucky factor (maybe).
6, i do believe some buyers, especially those who buy their first camera/
lens etc, do not know what "mint/like new/germs" mean
