Their store is the worst on line store I ever encountered: slow to ship (
actually there's no any status change after 4-business day), very rude
custom service, to name a few. After I contacted them about 7-9 times, I
finally gave up and cancelled the order, even though the cancellation
process was a painful process. Will never shop from them again."

"PS. I filed a complaint with Best business Bureau about the refund. AJ
Richie’s responded with date by which amount would be refund to my account.
Guess what three days later I still DO NOT have refund. They don't only lie
to customers, looks like they also lie to govt authorities. Looks like they
don’t think rules apply to them!! Their business license should be
suspended!
This store is a SCAM! It is hard to reach customer services, they yell and
try to convince you that the product that you received is the correct
product and NIKON does not make VR lenses in 55-200 range Not to mention
they try to sell additional product and offer extra discount if you agree to
rate the service before receiving or even shipping the product
DO NOT BUY From this shop!
I ordered Nikon AF-S DX VR Zoom-Nikkor 55-200mm f/4-5.6G IF-ED Lens from AJ
richies on 3/8/13. After a phone call, when they tried to sell me more
products, I received my shipment for INFERIOR product without VR feature
from the same category on 3/13.
After few phone calls and few hours of being on hold, they agreed to
exchange the lens for correct product. I shipped the lens back on 3/26. Then
few more phone calls and few more hours of being on hold, they shipped so
called “right product” on 4/8.
The second correct version of the product was DEFECTIVE. After another long
phone conversation, they agreed to refund me the price I paid and shipping
charges that I had to pay for returning the product. Product was shipped
back right away and was received by the store on 3/16. I waited patiently
for 14 days + another 3 days to receive refund. Off course! there was no
refund. Called them again on 5/2. I was told that I should receive the
refund for the complete price and shipping charges in a day or two. Today is
5/6/13. I still haven't received ANY refund.
Two months later, after several phone calls, several hours of waiting on
hold, I have NO LENS or REFUND.

"Absolutely will NEVER use this company again. I recently purchased a camera
and accessories from AJRICHIES. One accessory did not come in the shipment
and another was incorrect. I was promised the camera in 3 days and it came
in 7. It took SIX phone calls and TWO weeks to get the errors corrected. I
was put on hole for 52 minutes at one point. I was told someone would call
me back on two occasions, and no one did. Of course, I had to call them back
. Worst customer service EVER. I cannot figure out how they stay in business

on the top from the list because of its low list price.
