不过现在的大公司销售，哪有不坑客人的？
小公司倒有可能体贴客人，为了打响自己的牌子。

thing, nor it justifies Nikon's strategy.
It was actually a good chance for Nikon to rebuild customer's confidence,
however, the short-sighted actions are burying Nikon.
