对第一个方法还是非常佩服的,毕竟从光学角度讲,暗斑的尺寸的确可以不受衍射极限
的限制,这一点和亮斑是很不同的。
对另一种基于统计的方法就不是很理解了,有哪位高人指点一下?

the below is from wiki which explains how STED works
Stimulated Emission Depletion microscopy, or STED microscopy, is a technique
that uses the non-linear de-excitation of fluorescent dyes to overcome the
resolution limit imposed by diffraction with standard confocal laser

What fitting a PSF is to localization, photo-activated localization
microscopy (PALM) is to "resolution"—this term is here used loosely to mean
measuring the distance between objects, not true optical resolution. Eric
