2011 in the Ultrafast Laser Lab at the University of Kansas. The initial
appointment will be one year; however, an extension to a second year is
highly likely and additional extensions are possible. The current research
topics in the lab include optical studies on charge and spin dynamics in
conventional semiconductors and their nanostructures, graphene and related
structures, and topological insulators. For more details and our recent
