no, he lost guys in 1700s, the win he had from that dr. only gave
him 50 points. he will be in his 1800s. the Dr will be in 1900s..

最多也就2050左右，三场都不输，才能过2100。
但是考虑到他打得比赛多，跟体力下降有关系，
基本就是2050这个水平的。

to that guy, the guy will be adjusted to 2058. If make a reasonable
assumption, that guy would beat other people in U1700, he would be adjusted
to 2060+. Too many matches, but the final rating should be 2070-2080.
