with the Charlotte tournament. I argued with the following facts: mine is
very small; my buddies don't have a tradition to play at Charlotte; I didn't
ask advertisement on USATT so no impact at all.
He still didn't want to approve it as a USATT-sacntioned, 0-star tournament.
Last year he also showed reluntance to approve it. does anyone know him?

发帖数: 4072 | 4 right. i specifically asked LA and USATT not to advertise since I don't want
to raise possible competition. Since my event is by invitation anyway, i
don't see any potential competition at all. Plus, we are not that close.
anyway, i talked with the charlotte director john pahl and he is fine with
our event now. so, LA shouldn't have any excuse to kill my event.
i felt LA was unhappy with me running invitationals even since last year. he
was JJWWing as well last year and talking impact to nearby events AROUND
the date of our event (last year no event on the same day).
