i played 11+ hour competitive sports in a single day, broke my own record as
10
hours(grass vb, climbed mountain diablo, plus workout in the gym), on top of
that,
i won all my beach vb, 15 TT matches. Lost 0.
Outdoor is fine, love to get sun burned or tanned, we alos broke our record
by
winning one game as 25:8 (old record was 25:9) in the group. | c****1

i have not played for over 10 years..
some of them i used to be a underdog, but beat them easily, eg
2 matches, all 3:0 against David C, 4 matches, all 3:0 against
my old training partner: dentist Austin C,(i used to go to his
3 car garage home at Cupertino to train with him)
closest win was 5th (11:6) against PK, and 5th (11:5) against
2100 rated Ted.
feel fitter and more energized than those nerdy college years in my 20s,

10 vb games to 25 points, 15 TT matches... plus warm up time and training
time.
