the apt looks nice, but 701 is expensive tho
I will live there by myself and travel a lot so I was hoping to find a
studio type
apt.
how is the safety, community etc along along RT 30/60?

I live in moon too, just curious, do you play guitar? if you do, maybe we
can playing a band thing together, that will be cool. I play guitar too and
use to have a small band in china.

played some simple chords before, not good.
picked up a electric guitar again early this year
found a teacher in a local store
was still learning barr chords and more scales (other than C G D )
now, my lessons ended because I am moving.....sign
want to form a band? I can 跑龙套 for you , haha
