fully furnished house where 4 people share. My landlord is David and he is a
very nice mature American guy ( I guess the word ‘mature’ is better than
‘old’). He offers the house to international students for very cheap price
, 357 dollars a month including everything ( Elec, gas, water, cable TV,
wireless internet, even toilet paper!!). Anyway, currently he has an opening
