要搬去别的城市了，找人cover我的lease，赠送家具
I have one large efficiency at Amberson Apartment to lease for one year. The lease
should
begin at June 1st. The room rent is 630/month. Everything is included (gas,
water,
electricity) and the kitchen is independent. Every room has a window. It is
cool
in summer. The room is very close to CMU, UPITT and GiantEagle (within 20
min
walk). It also has a free parking place.
I have all new furnitures which are bought within a year. You can take my
furnitures such as queen
