Like Franklin Park.
A 10 - 20 years old house, with 3000 SF living area,
The price will be around 400k.
At Mt. Lebanon Or Upper St Clair, that price can buy
a 30 - 50 yrs old house with about 2000 SF.
At Moon area, that price can buy a brand new house.
I knew some Jewish families, they bough their house in a very
remote area,and send their kids to private school for 2 days/wk,
and home school for the other days.
With 1M, you can find a decent new house in a go |
